LifesaverSIM 1.7 – Major Update Since Release

The new version is here, and it's our most significant update to date! We've completely revamped our mobile, game-based TCCC and first aid simulator to deliver a new, powerful training experience. Expect powerful new features and a refined structure designed to help you master and retain lifesaving skills more effectively than ever before.

This update incorporates user feedback and leverages a deep understanding of the cognitive science behind skill acquisition. Our aim isn't just to teach procedures, but to build lasting procedural memory—the ability to perform complex actions automatically without conscious thought, which is vital in high-stress emergencies. In short: improve stress performance through micro-drills, spaced repetition, and varied scenarios.

What’s New?

New Course: “Combat Lifesaver” (TCCC CLS)

This has been our most requested feature. The new, in-depth Combat Lifesaver training program is now available for advanced users. The TCCC-CLS course is a critical intermediate step between the foundational skills taught to all service members and the advanced techniques used by combat medics. It equips non-medical personnel to provide a higher level of care on the battlefield, covering advanced hemorrhage control and respiration management. Upon completing the training campaign, you will feel confident performing advanced procedures, including tourniquet conversion and replacement, as well as needle decompression of the chest (NCD) for suspected tension pneumothorax, in accordance with TCCC guidelines.

Introducing the All-New, Free “Bleeding Control” Course

Uncontrolled massive bleeding is the leading cause of preventable death from trauma. We believe this fundamental knowledge should be accessible to all, which is why we are proud to introduce our brand-new Bleeding Control course, available completely FREE to every user. It is designed to empower everyone with the essential skills needed to act decisively and effectively in an emergency, buying precious time until professional help arrives. Learn to identify massive hemorrhage and stop the bleed by applying a tourniquet correctly, perform wound packing, and secure a pressure bandage.

New Feature: “Drills” for Perfecting Skills

Repetition is the key to building procedural memory. The new Drills feature allows you to practice individual skills—like hasty or deliberate tourniquet application, treating chest wounds with chest seal, or airway management—in short, focused simulations. These micro-scenarios utilize deliberate practice and quick feedback loops to accelerate mastery, enabling you to practice each critical action until it becomes second nature. This feature enhances your learning experience by providing a structured and focused way to practice and improve your skills.

New Structured Learning Path

Effective learning needs a strong foundation. It must also be simple for learners to pick up. The training programs are set up in a clear, step-by-step learning path. Each course includes a series of missions that become increasingly challenging and drills that focus on specific skills at a particular provider level. Trainees unlock content as they move through the training campaign. The progression follows the MARCH algorithm sequence. Thus, trainees grasp basic concepts before tackling more complex scenarios, allowing them to build their skills and confidence gradually.

Enhanced Simulation Generator

Emergencies in the real world are unpredictable, and your training should be too. After finishing the main training program and mastering all skills by playing drills, you unlock the random simulation generator. Now you can play hundreds of generated scenarios of various complexity and challenge your critical thinking and adaptability. This variability enhances retention and reduces simple step memorization, helping you perform when it matters most.

In addition to new features, there are hundreds of visual and special effect enhancements, new exciting avatars, and user interface updates to improve your experience even further.
